Viv simo and Serials Solutions Sign OEM Agreement

Serials Solutions has Integrated Vivsimo's Award-Winning Clustering Engine into its Central Search Product

Pittsburgh, PA, 23 January 2006 Viv simo (vivisimo.com), the creator of innovative software to access and cluster the world's information for better search and discovery, and Serials Solutions, a business unit of ProQuest Information and Learning, today announced that the two companies have entered into an OEM agreement. Under terms of the agreement, Serials Solutions is licensing Vivsimo's Clustering Engine for integration into its federated search product, Central Search. The combined federated search and clustering solution will dramatically streamline the information retrieval and presentation process for librarians and patrons alike.
